We understand that no all of our customers are within a few miles of us. That's why we have a dedicated mail-in center to service your repairs. The process is super simple. Find the repair service you are looking for on our website. Add the service to your shopping cart, and proceed through the checkout. Once you've checked out, check your email for a shipping label. Securely package up your smartphone, tablet, or computer and send it on in.

Once we receive your device, we'll inspect it and make sure the appropriate repair service was selected. Incoming diagnostics is completed on every device delivered to our facility. If there's any variation, we'll contact you and let you know prior to checking out. If everything checks out and the right repair service was selected, the device will cruise through our repair depot, and head to through final testing. We'll then sanitize your device, package it up, and ship it back to you. Simple as that.
